By placing an order with Arcane Studio’s, you agree to the following terms regarding payment, refunds, and billing. Please read them carefully.

1. Payment Methods and Currency

Currency: All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

2. Pricing & Billing

Prices include applicable GST unless otherwise stated.
Promotional discounts or coupon codes will be applied at the time of checkout if valid.
Invoices are automatically generated and emailed to you once payment is completed.

3. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy (link to that policy).
To request a refund or cancellation, please contact us within 14 days of delivery—orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once eligibility is confirmed.

4. Taxes & Duties

For domestic orders (within India), taxes are included at checkout.
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees as imposed by their local jurisdiction.
